Why Invest?
Enterprise Cascadia relies on donations, grants and loans from religious, business, banking and philanthropic institutions to support our community development activities in the urban and rural communities of Oregon and Washington. In July 2008, we received a CARS rating of AAA2 from the Opportunity Finance Network.

Individuals who may wish to make a loan or gift are also critical to our success. Enterprise Cascadia is not an FDIC insured depository.

Your support enables us to provide financing, consulting and business assistance to individuals; businesses owned by low-income people, minorities, women and immigrants; child care businesses; businesses in rural and urban areas; businesses that create family wage jobs in low-income communities; and private businesses organized as sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations or non-profit organizations that deliver economic, social and/or environmental benefits to local communities and the larger region.

Since inception, Enterprise Cascadia has provided over $60 million in financial support to more than 400 businesses in the Pacific NW. Our Revolving Loan Fund is comprised of loans to individuals and businesses, ranging in size from $5,000 to $1.5 million. These loans helped start or grow businesses, sustain non-profit organizations, launch new products, create jobs or improve the communities we call home.

Prospective investors are advised that this is not an offer to sell a security or investment.
